Susan G. Komen® Central Tennessee and the National Consortium of Black Women in Ministry – Nashville Chapter (NCBWIM) invites you to join us for the 10th annual Worship In Pink program this October with a Pink Sunday being help in Nashville on Sunday, October 20, 2019.

What is Worship In Pink?

Worship in Pink (WIP) is a grassroots initiative that provides the opportunity for religious organizations of all faiths to spread life-saving messages about breast health an early detection in their respective places or worship. All faith-based organizations within the 41-county Central Tennessee service area are welcome to participate (Greater Nashville, Upper Cumberland, Chattanooga and North Georgia Regions) by hosting your program at your own faith-based organization during the month of October.

The main goal of this program is to provide FREE breast cancer education, giveaways and resources, to spread awareness of breast cancer, and to honor Breast Cancer Survivors and those Living with Metastatic Breast Cancer.

What is Pink Sunday?

Pink Sunday is a component of the Worship in Pink program that celebrates life, increases awareness and inspires hope! All faith-based organizations that are registered for Worship in Pink are welcome to attend the Pink Sunday service on Sunday, October 20, 2019 in Nashville, Tennessee. More details coming soon!

Registration Opens August 5, 2019

Our Worship in Pink Toolkit has been created to provide you with a variety of resources to help you plan and execute a successful program. Registration for Worship in Pink will open on August 5, 2019. In the meantime, help us spread the word about this program!

Once your faith-based organization has hosted their Worship in Pink event, please fill out the survey below to help us improve this program. Submissions received before November 3rd will be placed in the drawing to win a $25.00 gift card. One winner will be contacted.
