Komen Community Ambassadors

Komen Community Ambassadors

Introduction

The Komen Community Ambassadors are a group of breast cancer survivors who are chosen from our service area to represent the FACES OF BREAST CANCER. They are advocates for the Komen Mission to find the cures and end breast cancer forever!  Representing different races, ages, communities, and even gender, they are sharing their stories to remind us all that breast cancer does not discriminate.  We all know someone, love someone, and perhaps are someone who is or will battle this disease. The Komen Community Ambassadors all know first-hand how important it is to have support, information, education, and HOPE. Below are some inspiring stories of survivors who found a purpose in sharing their experiences with others. Maybe their stories will inspire you and offer hope.

Be on the lookout! This program is coming soon to the Greater Nashville and Upper Cumberland Regions. If you are interested in becoming an Ambassador, please email us at info@komencentraltennessee.org or give us a call at 615-383-0017.
